Q & A
- What happens on rainy days?
- In Cebu, it rarely rains all day, and even if the weather forecast calls for thunderstorms, the weather is usually clear during the day. If there is a possibility of cancellation due to an approaching typhoon, etc., we will notify you at least one day before the tour.
- I can’t swim, is that okay?
- Life jackets are available for rent on the tour.
Local boat staff will also be checking on you at all times, so even if you are not a confident swimmer, you can participate with peace of mind.
For those who are not confident about their ability to swim, we also offer a tour from the boat.
- What payment methods are available?
- The tour fee is payable in Philippine pesos, the local currency, in cash. Please pay the tour fee when the guide picks you up at your lodgings on the day of the tour. If you need to exchange Japanese yen into Philippine pesos, we can stop by a currency exchange office early in the morning of the tour.
- Is snorkeling available for rent?
- Snorkeling equipment is available for rent and snorkeling masks and life jackets are already included in the tour.
Fin rentals are available for an additional fee of 100 pesos.
- Can I get off at a place other than the hotel after the tour?
- We can take you to shopping malls, spas, and other places of your choice within Mactan Island for free. Please feel free to contact about it.
- Where can I leave my valuables?
- Please leave your passport and wallet in the safety deposit box in your hotel room or at the hotel reception. You do not need to bring any cash except for your own meals and tour fee.

- How to pay for the tour
- Payment in Philippine pesos, the local currency, or cash. Please pay at the time of meeting on the day of the tour.

- Cancellation Fees
Cancellation fee will be charged from 2 days prior to the tour date.
2 days prior to the tour date: 20% of the tour fee
The day before the tour date at 17:00PM: 50% of the tour fee
Cancellation after 5:01PM the day before the tour date, on the day of the tour, or without notice: 100% of the tour fee.The above times are based on Philippine local time.
In order to prevent no-show cancellations on the day of the tour, we will check with the hotel several days prior to the tour to confirm the guest’s accommodation status. If the hotel does not have the guest’s name or check-in date, we may cancel the tour if we cannot confirm the guest’s accommodation status.
- Remarks
- ・The tour fee varies depending on the number of participants, so even if the number of participants changes on the day of the tour, the full amount of the tour fee must be paid for the number of participants at the time of reservation.
